The WebConnect Acceptable Use Policy
("AUP")
Your services may be suspended or terminated for violation of this AUP in accordance with the The WebConnect Hosting Terms of Service.
Capitalized terms used in this AUP shall have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

You must fully comply with the Rackspace Acceptable Use Policy in addition to the policies herein.
Prohibited Data
You may not use the hosted service to store social security numbers or other essential data that is necessary for identity theft and crime.
- You are expressly forbidden to send, synchronize, or upload any full social security numbers onto the hosted service, regardless of format or medium, including any MySQL database hosted by WebConnect.
- You are expressly forbidden to send or synchronize the GradPro Accounts table onto any database or location on the service.
- The only permissible transfer is a MASKED LAST 4 DIGITS of the social security number using the online table Accounts_MaskedSSN or Accounts_MaskedSSN_MaskedBirthYear. This transfer MUST use one of the two SQL queries included within Robinsoft's GradPro product expressly set up for this purpose. You may transfer masked last 4 digits of the social security ONLY using the encrypted HTTP tunnel (or alternative encrypted channel) provided for under the WebConnect Server Software documentation.
- You are expressly forbidden to send, synchronize, or upload any credit card data of any kind (in whole or part) onto the hosted service, regardless of format or medium, including any MySQL database hosted by WebConnect. This includes GradPro's CreditCardInfo table, or any other current or future GradPro database tables that contain credit card data.
Authorized Users Only
If you need to grant more than one person access to your hosted service, you will use the Rackspace Control Panel to set up additional authorized users, each with their own username and password.
Only you may access the System using your account username and password. You will not permit any other person, organization, or entity to access the System using your account username and password.
